Processing & Shipping Times

All orders are processed within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends & public holidays).
Estimated delivery time is 2–4 business days, depending on your location and courier services. 

In rare cases, delivery may take between 10–20 business days due to factors beyond our control.

Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances

While we strive to meet our estimated delivery timeframes, delays may occur due to:

  • High order volumes
  • Courier or logistics delays
  • Weather disruptions or strikes
  • Other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control

Filtrix™ is not responsible for delays caused by external factors. If your order takes longer than expected, please allow additional time for delivery.

Lost or Missing Packages

Once an order has been shipped, Filtrix™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
We recommend contacting the courier directly for further assistance.
