3. Order Processing & Shipping

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends & public holidays)
  • Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days
  • In rare cases, delivery may take 10–20 business days

Filtrix™ is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or unforeseen circumstances.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details are correct. We are not liable for orders delivered to incorrect addresses.

4. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We accept returns and refunds under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
  • Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
  • Items must be returned before a refund is issued

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

5. Product Use & Liability

Filtrix™ products are designed to improve water quality by reducing impurities such as chlorine and sediment.

However:

  • We do not guarantee the removal of all contaminants
  • Results may vary depending on your water source and plumbing system

Filtrix™ is not liable for damages caused by improper installation, misuse, or lack of maintenance.

6. Product Disclaimer

  • Product images are for illustration purposes only; slight variations may occur
  • Product performance and lifespan may vary based on usage and water conditions
  • Customers are responsible for proper installation and maintenance

7. Payment & Security

We accept secure payments through approved payment providers.

Filtrix™ does not store your payment details. While we use secure systems, we are not liable for third-party security breaches.

8. Limitation of Liability

Filtrix™ is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages, including:

  • Delivery delays
  • Lost or stolen packages
  • Improper product use

All products are used at the customer’s own risk.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.

Any disputes will first be resolved through mutual discussion. If unresolved, legal proceedings will take place within South Africa.
